I am redefining the crossroads.

As I have spent time with the Lord this morning I sensed there are some of you who feel like you have "passed your prime". You feel the world is passing you by. This grieves you because you still have many dreams you have not seen come to pass. You have the same amount of energy you've always had to keep going yet there seems to feel like a pause has made everything go into slow motion. It's put you at a cross roads.

You need to know this today- the place where you are feeling the most pain, the most disappointment, out of that place is going to spring a greater anointing. You are going to carry more authority and expertise because you have held on through fruitful and barren times. What you have to offer is being birthed in the secret place with the heavy presence of God in new ways you have not yet experienced.

The frustration is because you've been in transition. The Lord says "embrace transition, knowing that it's leading to deeper connection with me and a richer, mature and deeper calling".

He is redefining what it means to be at the crossroads. You have a choice- walk forth with joy, don't be afraid of walking this new road! He is lining your paths with favour! You are not too old, you are not irrelevant, you have not missed your "golden window of opportunity". God doesn't have a retirement plan and neither should you. Keep going!
